Do you want results that last? Cover model Paige Hathaway believes balance is the key; treating herself to pizza at least once a week. What does she eat for the rest of the week? Check out her cover girl diet here:

 

COVER GIRL DIET

Meal 1

·         5 egg whites and 1 yolk

·         1/4 cup oats and berries

Meal 2

·         2 slices of Ezekiel bread 

·         1 small chicken breast with mustard, lettuce, tomato and banana peppers

·         1 small apple

Meal 3 

·         Salt-free rice cake with a half-serving of nut butter

Meal 4

·         Salmon and vegetable stir-fry with low-sodium soy sauce

Meal 5 

·         White fish with green vegetables

Meal 6

·         Casein shake (30 minutes after workout)

·         5 celery sticks and 2 tbsp peanut butter
