COVER GIRL DIET


7:30AM: Protein pancakes with Greek yoghurt, berries, banana and cinnamon

10:30PM: Vital greens drink or freshly juiced greens, a small handful of mixed nuts and 70g red meat  

1:30PM: 120g chicken, ¼ of an avocado and salad 

4:30PM: 100g salmon, 100g brown rice and green beans

7:30PM: 120g white fish, 120g sweet potato and veggies

9:30PM: Casein protein, Greek yoghurt and berries

AM - HIIT

PM – Legs 

Tuesday

AM – Tabata

PM – Back

Wednesday

AM – Stair sprints

PM – Shoulders, bis and tris

Thursday

AM – Bootcamp

PM – Abs and calves 

Friday                       

Rest day

Saturday

AM – Personal training session 

PM - Yoga

Sunday

Sunday funday! I love to do something active, whether it is going for a run, a bush walk or indoor rock climbing. Anything that involves being active with friends!
