Hey girls, I thought I would post why I joined the first challenge...
I could never get my eating and training in line. I've purchased many programs before but this one was the first that ever worked for me.
I think binge eating is a problem for many of us and that was my biggest downfall. I use to binge eat at night and wake up the next day like a bad hangover looking at the wrappers next to me wondering why I did it.
During this challenge I wrote all the workouts on my calendar and ticked each day off as I went. I took it day by day and the days I couldn't make it to the gym I would change it to a home workout.
The biggest thing I think is to just remember if your mind starts telling you, you can't do it. Just don't listen because you can!!!
I thought I would never get muscle definition on my legs due to my estrogen dominance and this challenge proved me wrong :)
