Unhealthy foods have no place in your house so throw them out! Of course, there is a time and place for treats but you’re better off eating these out or bringing your portioned treat home to enjoy. You do not need treats on hand at all times because you’ll probably reach for one Tim Tam and of eaten the whole packet by the time you finish watching that TV show.
