Are you ready to take the challenge?

When we sign up for a new challenge, whether we put a lot of thought into it or not, we start out with nothing but the best intentions. We’re going to stick to the training and nutrition 100%. We got this!

But then life happens. And remember – life happens to all of us! We lose momentum and motivation and return to old habits that aren’t going to take us in the direction we want to go. We end up feeling disappointed in ourselves and giving up.

Not this time!

The resources we are providing you with will help you design your own personal goals, keep you on track and help you to remain responsible for everything you do (or don’t do). These things will give you the motivation you need to go after the results you desire.

There are six steps you need to take to ensure you’re ready for the next 12 weeks.

  1.        QUESTION: What do you need to do to succeed? What goals do you want to achieve? What is standing in the way currently? All of these answers lie within yourself so take some time to listen to your own answers.

  2.        PLAN: Get prepared for serious change. Plan how you are going to tackle speedbumps and setbacks that arise. Know that you can allow yourself to succeed and make yourself a priority.

  3.        COMMIT: Emotionally, mentally, physically and any other way you need… get ready! You’re going to have to accept some changes to your life and commit to them. Ensure your mind and body are ready to do what it 
    will take to get through the next 12 weeks.

  4.        ACTION: Believe it or not… the goals you want to achieve won’t be handed to you on a silver platter – sorry to break the news! You have to action the plan. And it’s going to take work! Promise yourself that you will do what it takes to go after your greatest desires.

  5.        FOCUS: Plenty of things will happen in your life in 12 weeks so ensure you never lose sight of your goals. Stick to your plan as much as you can and if you veer off track at all, get back to it straight. Ask questions when you need help too.

  6.        REALISE: Be patient and realise it’s going to take hard work. But also realise that you can do this! With hard work comes results and that’s what we’re all after. So are you ready to realise your true potential, become your best self and smash your goals? Then you’re ready to begin the challenge!
